Utah Admin. Code R105-1-8 - Emergency Procurements
(1) An emergency
procurement may only be used when an emergency exists as described in, and in
compliance with, Section
63G-6a-803.
(2) Emergency procurements are limited to
those necessary to mitigate the emergency.
