Utah Admin. Code R13-2-6 - Fees
(1) The schedule of
fees approved by the Legislature may be found in the annual State Agency Fees
and Internal Service Fund Rate Authorization and Appropriations bill available
at https://le.utah.gov/ [File Link Not Available]. Current fees are also posted
on the department's website at https://das.utah.gov/financials/ [File Link Not
Available].
(2) A fee for providing
a record may be waived under certain circumstances described in Subsection
63G-2-203(4).
A request for a fee waiver shall be made in writing to the records officer as
part of the records request.
