Utah Admin. Code R151-4-105 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The intent of
this rule is to secure the just, speedy, and economical determination of issues
presented in adjudicative proceedings before the department.
(2) In the event of a conflict between this
rule and a statute, the statute governs.
