Utah Admin. Code R151-4-105 - Purpose and Scope
(1) This rule is
intended to secure the just, speedy, and economical determination of issues
presented in adjudicative proceedings before the department .
(2) In the event of a conflict between this
rule and a statute, the statute governs.
