Utah Admin. Code R151-4-108 - Timeliness of Administrative Proceedings
In both informal and formal proceedings, the presiding officer shall schedule the hearing date and conclude the hearing not more than 180 calendar days after the day:
(1)
the notice of agency action is issued; or
(2) the initial decision as to a request for
agency action is issued.
