Utah Admin. Code R151-4-203 - Signing of Pleadings and Motions
(1) Any pleading or motion shall be signed by
the party or the party's representative and shall show the signer's
address.
(2) The signature is a
certification that:
(a) the signer has read
the pleading or motion; and
(b) to
the best of the signer's knowledge and belief, there are good grounds to
support the pleading or motion.
