Utah Admin. Code R152-2-4 - Title IV-E Administrative Hearings
(1)
An individual whose claim for benefits under the Title IV-E plan is denied or
not acted upon with reasonable promptness may be granted a fair
hearing.
(2) The request for a fair
hearing shall be submitted in writing to Child and Family Services.
(3) Fair hearing requests for adoption
assistance shall meet the requirements specified in Rule R512-43.
