Utah Admin. Code R154-100-2 - Designation of Adjudicative Proceedings
(1) Adjudicative proceedings in the division
are designated as informal.
(2)
Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a party may move to convert an adjudicative
proceeding to a formal adjudicative proceeding in accordance with Subsection
63G-4-202(3).
