Utah Admin. Code R156-1-303 - Temporary Licenses in Declared Disaster or Emergency
(1) Under Section
53-2a-1203, a person who provides
services under this exemption from licensure, shall within 30 days of entry
file a notice with the Division under Subsection
53-2a-1205(1)
using forms available from the Division.
(2) Under Section 53-2a-1205 and Subsection
58-1-303(1), a
person who provides services under the exemption from licensure in Section
53-2a-1203 for a declared disaster
or emergency shall, after the disaster period ends and before continuing to
provide services, meet the normal requirements for licensure under Title 58,
Occupations and Professions, unless:
(a)
before practicing after the declared disaster the person is issued a temporary
license under Subsection
58-1-303(1)(c);
or
(b) the person qualifies under
another exemption from licensure.
