Utah Admin. Code R156-31b-302c - Registered Nurse Apprentice License - Education, Examination, and Experience Requirements
(1) Under
Subsection
58-31b-306.1(4), an applicant for
a registered nurse apprentice license shall submit evidence of their
qualifications under Subsections
58-31b-302(3)(e) and
(f) by ensuring that the applicant's approved
registered nurse education program submits a Certificate of Academic Status
directly to the Division.
(2) The
applicant's registered nurse education program has the sole discretion to
decide if it will submit a Certificate of Academic Status for the
applicant.
