Utah Admin. Code R156-38a-103a - Authority - Purpose - Organization
(1) This rule is adopted by the Division
under the authority of Section
38-11-103 to enable the Division
to administer Title 38, Chapter 11, the Residence Lien Restriction and Lien
Recovery Fund Act.
(2) The
organization of this rule is patterned after the organization of Title 38,
Chapter 11.
