In addition to the definitions in Title 58, Chapter 1, Division of Professional Licensing, and Title 58, Chapter 46a, Hearing Instrument Specialist Licensing Act, under Subsection 58-1-203(1)(e)"unprofessional conduct" is further defined in Section R156-46a-502a.
