Utah Admin. Code R156-4a-101b - Authority - Purpose - Organization
(1) This rule is adopted by the Division
under the authority of Section
58-4a-103 to enable the Division
to administer Title 58, Chapter 4a, Utah Professionals Health
Program.
(2) The organization of
this rule and its relationship to Rule R156-1, General Rule of the Division of
Occupational and Professional Licensing, is as described in Section
R156-1-107.
