Utah Admin. Code R156-63a-302c - Qualifications for Licensure - Examination Requirements
In accordance with Subsections 58-1-203(1)(b) and 58-1-301(3), the examination requirements for licensure in Section 58-63-302 are defined, clarified, or established herein.
(1) The
qualifying agent for an applicant who is a contract security company shall
obtain a passing score of at least 75% on the Utah Contract Security Company
Qualifying Agent Examination.
(2)
An applicant for licensure as an armed private security officer or an unarmed
private security officer shall obtain a score of at least 80% on the approved
basic education and training program's final examination.
