Utah Admin. Code R156-69-301c - Dental Hygienist Anesthesia and Analgesia - Permit Classification
Under Subsections 58-69-102(7)(b) and 58-69-301(4)(a), a dental hygienist may be issued an anesthesia and analgesia permit in the classification of dental hygienist with local anesthesia.
