Utah Admin. Code R156-78B-17 - Notice to Division of Court Action
(1) If a claimant files an action in court
against a respondent, the claimant shall give the Division written notice of
that action within 60 days of the filing.
(2) The notice shall identify:
(a) the filing date;
(b) the court; and
(c) the name of the respondent.
