Utah Admin. Code R21-1-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this rule is to establish:
(1) collection techniques used by OSDC;
and
(2) procedures for agencies to:
(a) bill and make initial collection efforts
according to a coordinated schedule;
(b) transfer their delinquent accounts
receivable to OSDC for additional collection action;
(c) write-off receivables; and
(d) allocate the costs of collection
established under Subsections
63A-3-502(4)(g),
63A-3-502(6)(b),
Section 15-1-4, and other applicable
laws.
