Utah Admin. Code R21-4-6 - Eligibility Requirements
A debtor is considered eligible to receive credit if:
(1) they are eligible under Subsection
63A-3-508(2);
and
(2) have made voluntary
payments as described in Subsection
63A-3-508(3);
