Utah Admin. Code R21-4-8 - The Right to Appeal
(1) To appeal a
denial:
(a) the debtor must reply to the
denial notice in writing; and
(b)
the reply must be received by OSDC within 21 days of the date the denial was
sent.
(2) If OSDC
receives an appeal as described in Subsection R21-4-8(1), agency management
must:
(a) review the appeal; and
(b) reply to the debtor, telling the debtor
if the appeal is approved or denied.
(i) If
the appeal is approved, the reply must include the information described in
Subsection R21-4-7(2)(a).
(ii) If
the appeal is denied, the reply must include the information described in
Subsection R21-4-7(2)(b)(i).
(3) If an appeal is denied, the denial shall
be considered the agency's final decision on that request.
