Utah Admin. Code R25-21-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) Purpose.
This rule establishes the functional, technical and other standards a payment
provider must meet to be approved to conduct financial transactions for Utah
cannabis-related businesses.

Authority. This rule is enacted under the authority of Subsection
26-61a-603(2)(a).
