Utah Admin. Code R25-22-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) Purpose.
This rule establishes the process to validate a financial institution in order
to provide access to the inventory control system of a medical cannabis
production establishment or medical cannabis pharmacy.
(2) Authority. This rule is enacted in
accordance with Subsection
4-41a-103(6)(a).
