Utah Admin. Code R251-103-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized by Sections
63G-3-201,
64-13-6(1)(h),
64-13-10,
and
64-13-14
of the Utah Code.
(2) The purpose
of this rule is to provide the Department's policy and requirements governing
the use of offenders in undercover roles.
