Utah Admin. Code R251-301-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized by Sections
63G-3-201,
64-13-10
and
64-13-14.5,
of the Utah Code.
(2) The purpose
of this rule is to provide the requirements for employers who employ offenders.
This rule also provides the requirements for offenders' participation in an
educational or vocational training program.
