Utah Admin. Code R251-710-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized under Sections
63G-3-201
and
64-13-10,
and Subsections
64-13-14(1) and
64-13-17(2),
of the Utah Code.
(2) The purpose
of this rule is to provide the Department's policy, procedures, and
requirements for conducting searches.
