Utah Admin. Code R27-10-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Pursuant to
Subsection
63A-9-601(5),
the division is responsible for ensuring that state vehicles for agencies are
marked as required by Section
41-1a-407. If "EX" license plates
are required, then the identification mark is also required.
(2) This rule is authorized by Subsection
63A-9-601(1)(c).
