Utah Admin. Code R27-3-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule
is established pursuant to Subsection
63A-9-401(1)(d),
which authorizes the division to establish the requirements for the use of
state vehicles, including business and personal use practices, and commute
standards.
(2) This rule defines
the vehicle use standards for state employees while operating a state
vehicle.
