Utah Admin. Code R270-1-4 - Reparations Claims Involving Negligent Homicide and Hit and Run
(1) For the purpose
of awarding reparations, the office shall consider negligent homicide, as
defined in Subsection
63M-7-502(9), to
be criminally injurious conduct.
(2) Pursuant to Subsection
63M-7-502(9),
criminally injurious conduct may not include a hit and run.
