Utah Admin. Code R305-7-106 - Appearances and Representation
(1) A
party may be represented:
(a) by an
individual if the individual is the party; or
(b) by a designated officer or other
designated employee if the party is a person other than an individual.
(2) Any party may be
represented by legal counsel. An attorney who is not currently a member in good
standing of the Utah State Bar must present a written or oral motion for
admission pro hac vice made by an active member in good standing of the Utah
State Bar. Communication with and service on local counsel shall be deemed to
be communication with and service on the party so represented.
