Utah Admin. Code R305-7-207 - Parties
(1) The following are parties to a special
adjudicative proceeding:
(a) the Director who
issued the Permit Order being challenged in the special adjudicative
proceeding;
(b)
(i) the permittee; or
(ii) the person who applied for the permit,
if the permit was denied; and
(c) a person granted intervention by the ALJ.
(2) A person who has
filed a Petition to Intervene that has not been denied is not a party, but will
be treated as a party for purposes of this Rule (e.g., for purposes of service,
making motions and settlement) unless otherwise ordered by the ALJ.
