Utah Admin. Code R305-7-211 - Motions
(1) A motion shall be made in writing, and
shall include the grounds upon which it is based and the relief or order
sought. A separate memorandum in support of the motion is not required.
(2) Any response to a motion shall
be filed within 21 days of service of the motion.
(3) Any reply to a response to a motion may
be filed within 10 days of service of the response. A reply shall be limited to
matters raised in the response.
(4) A motion may not exceed 20 pages. If a
separate memorandum in support of a motion is filed, the motion and memorandum
together shall not exceed 20 pages. A response may not exceed 15 pages. A reply
may not exceed ten pages.
(5)
Deadlines and page limits may be modified by order of the ALJ.
(6) Any determination by the ALJ that is
dispositive shall be forwarded to the Executive Director in the form of a
recommended decision.
