Utah Admin. Code R307-214-1 - Pollutants Subject to Part 61

The provisions of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) Part 61, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, are incorporated by reference into this rule under Section R307-101-3. For pollutant emission standards delegated to the State, references in 40 CFR Part 61 to "the Administrator" shall refer to the director.
