Utah Admin. Code R307-320-2 - Applicability
(1) R307-320 applies to any federal, state,
or local entity, or any other public department, district (including public
universities and public school districts), or agency in Davis or Salt Lake
County.
(2) If the contingency
requirements for carbon monoxide are triggered as outlined in Section IX.C.8.f
of the State Implementation Plan, R307-320 applies to any federal, state, or
local entity, or any other public department, district (including public
universities and public school districts), or agency in Ogden City.
