Utah Admin. Code R307-344-2 - Applicability
(1) R307-344 applies to paper, film, and foil
coating operations located in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah
and Weber counties.
(2) Before
September 1, 2018, R307-344 applies to a paper, film and foil coating
operations that have the potential to emit 2.7 tons per year or more of VOC,
including related cleaning activities.
(3) Effective September 1, 2018, R307-344
shall apply to a paper, film and foil coating operations that use a combined 20
gallons or more of coating products and associated solvents per year.
