Utah Admin. Code R307-353-2 - Applicability
(1) R 307-353 applies to plastic parts
coating operations located in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah
and Weber counties.
(2) Before
September 1, 2018, R307-353 applies to plastic parts coating operations that
have the potential to emit 2.7 tons per year or more of VOC, including related
cleaning activities.
(3) Effective
September 1, 2018, R307-353 shall apply to plastic parts coating operations
that use a combined 20 gallons or more of coating products and associated
solvents per year.
