Utah Admin. Code R307-354-2 - Applicability
(1) R307-354 applies to automotive
refinishing coating operations located in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake,
Tooele, Utah and Weber counties.
(2) Before September 1, 2018, R307-354
applies to an automotive refinishing operations that have the potential to emit
2.7 tons per year or more of VOC, including related cleaning
activities.
(3) Effective September
1, 2018, R307-354 shall apply to an automotive refinishing operation that uses
a combined 20 gallons or more of coating products and associated solvents per
year.
