(1) Except as
provided in (2), the provisions of
40 CFR
51.166(q)(1) and (2) are
hereby incorporated by reference.
(2) The phrase "within a specified time
period" in
40 CFR
51.166(q)(1) shall be
replaced with the phrase "within 30 days of receipt of the PSD permit
application".
