(1) The provisions of
40 CFR
52.21(a)(2) are hereby
incorporated by reference.

Notwithstanding the exemptions in R307-401, any source that is subject to
R307-405 is subject to the requirement to obtain an approval order in Section s
R307-401-5 through 8.
