Utah Admin. Code R307-415-7c - Permit Renewal and Expiration
(1) Permits being renewed are subject to the
same procedural requirements, including those for public participation,
affected State and EPA review, that apply to initial permit issuance.
(2) Permit expiration terminates the source's
right to operate unless a timely and complete renewal application has been
submitted consistent with R307-415-7 b and R307-415-5 a(1)(c).
(3) If a timely and complete renewal
application is submitted consistent with R307-415-7 b and
R307-415-5a(1)(c)
and the director fails to issue or deny the renewal permit before the end of
the term of the previous permit, then all of the terms and conditions of the
permit, including the permit shield, shall remain in effect until renewal or
denial.
