Utah Admin. Code R311-207-7 - Consultant Personnel Classifications, Requirements, Rates, Tasks, and Responsibilities
(1)
Consultants must assign to one of the categories identified in the Cost
Guidelines, any service time for an individual that is billed to a claimant or
directly to the Fund and for which reimbursement is claimed.
(a) by submitting a claim for reimbursement
for a labor category, the consultant warrants that the person so claimed meets
the described education, skills, and experience.
(2) Materials, equipment, and services will
be reimbursed in accordance with the Cost Guidelines.
(3) Costs not identified in the Cost
Guidelines must be customary, reasonable, and legitimate, and must be expended
for customary, reasonable, and legitimate work, as determined by the
director.
