Utah Admin. Code R313-18-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) The purpose
of this rule is to establish requirements for notices, instructions and reports
by licensees or registrants to individuals engaged in work under a license or
registration and options available to such individuals in connection with
inspections of licensees or registrants.
(2) The rules set forth herein are adopted
pursuant to the provisions of Sections
19-3-104(4)
and
19-3-104(8).
