Utah Admin. Code R313-22-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) The purpose
of this rule is to prescribe the requirements for the issuance of specific
licenses.
(2) The rules set forth
herein are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Subsections
19-3-104(4)
and
19-3-104(8).
