Utah Admin. Code R313-28-10 - Purpose and Scope
(1) The purpose
of the rules in R313-28 is to prescribe the requirements for the use of x-rays
in the healing arts .
(2) The rules
set forth herein are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections
19-3-104(4)
and
19-3-104(8).
