Utah Admin. Code R313-70-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) The purpose
of this rule is to prescribe the requirements to assess fees of registrants and
licensees possessing sources of radiation.
(2) The rules set forth herein are adopted
pursuant to the provisions of Subsection
19-3-104(6).
