Utah Admin. Code R315-17-2 - Applicability
This rule applies to:
(a) manufacturers of vehicles sold in the
State of Utah;
(b) vehicles that
may contain one or more mercury switches;
(c) mercury switches; and
(d) persons removing mercury switches from
vehicles.
