Utah Admin. Code R315-265-315 - Landfills - Special Requirements for Containers
Unless they are very small, such as an ampule, containers shall be either:
(a) at least 90% full
when placed in the landfill; or
(b)
crushed, shredded, or similarly reduced in volume to the maximum practical
extent before burial in the landfill.
