Utah Admin. Code R33-1-16 - Voluntary Withdrawal of a Response
(1) A vendor may voluntarily withdraw a
response at any time before a contract is awarded with respect to the
solicitation for which the response was submitted provided the vendor is not
engaged in any type of bid rigging, collusion or other anti-competitive
practice made unlawful under other applicable law
