Utah Admin. Code R33-102-110 - Compliance with Open and Public Meetings Act
(1) All meetings of the Board shall be
conducted in accordance with the Open and Public Meetings Act.
(2) All meetings are open to the public
unless closed in whole or in part pursuant to the requirements of the Open and
Public Meetings Act.
