Utah Admin. Code R33-112-602 - Defective Cost or Pricing Data
(1) If
defective cost or pricing data was used to adjust a contract price, the vendor
and the procurement unit may enter into discussions to negotiate a
settlement.
(2) If a settlement
cannot be negotiated, either party may seek relief through the
courts.
