Utah Admin. Code R33-12-101 - Required Contract Clauses

Public entities shall comply with Section
63G-6a-1202
considering clauses for contracts. Executive branch procurement units shall
also comply with the requirements of Section
63G-6a-110(6).
All definitions in the Utah Procurement Code shall apply to this Rrule unless
otherwise specified in this Rrule. This administrative rule provides additional
requirements and procedures and must be used in conjunction with the
Procurement Code.
