Utah Admin. Code R33-12-609 - Authority to Deviate from Cost Principles
(1) If a procurement unit desires to deviate
from the cost principles set forth in this rule, a written determination shall
be made by the procurement official specifying the reasons for the deviation
and the written determination shall be made part of the contract
file.
