Utah Admin. Code R33-12-701 - Inspections
(1) Circumstances
under which the procurement unit may perform inspections include inspections of
the contractor's manufacturing/ or production facility or place of business, or
any location where the work is performed:
(a)
whether the definition of "responsible,", has been met or is capable of being
met; and
(b) if the contract is
being performed in accordance with its terms.
